We’re back at it again with Watermark Brewing Company. Rather than come up with an entirely new beer, we revisited our last year’s collaborative brew “Brut Ice.” Going back to the drawing board, we determined this Brut IPA needed a TON more hops. What we came up with was a beer that exceeds all expectations.

TWICE ICE
Double Dry Hopped Brut IPA
Hopped with a generous amount of Cascade, Citra, and Vic Secret
Malted with 2-Row and Flaked Rice
6.5% ABV

The beer comes in with a big hop punch and a great tropical aroma on the nose. And despite having a lot of qualities of your trendy NEIPA, Twice Ice is wickedly dry and drinkable rather than having that heavy quality that fills you up.

While the Brut IPA style received mixed reviews in the beer world, we wanted to prove with the good folks at Watermark that Brut IPA’s can be hop forward, dry but not too light, and be a delicious alternative to a classic IPA.

Try it on draft today, or grab a 4-pack next time you visit the shop!
