The year is 1967. Hair is long and love is free. The sounds of Motown are dominating airwaves across the nation. Wurlitzer jukeboxes are kickin’ out the hits and people are swinging their hips.
Before this amazing machine arrives in the Detroit Historical Museum, the Detroit Sound Conservancy will be curating the jukebox with 100 45s at 8º Plato until January of 2019. Let’s celebrate this piece of history by bootin’ this baby back up on on October 20.
