Our friends from Perrin Brewing Company in Comstock, Michigan will be join us on Thursday, October 19. They’ll be bringing an amazing grouping of beers with them including one we know a lot of you have been asking about.
The Tap List:
– Malted Milk Ball –
Imperial porter with cocoa nibs and Polynesian vanilla beans aged in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels for 9 months. 11.3% ABV
– Q Stew –
A light and crisp lager brewed the hard way for your easy drinking. No short cuts were taken on this light lager including new cellar techniques involving an over the top dry hopping with Mosaic, Citra and experimental hops. QStew Light Lager is a beer brewed with love and this rendition offers an aroma that conjures up: fruit loops, marmalade, fruity pebbles, mango, pineapple and grapefruit. 3.6% ABV
– Passionfruit Gose –
This kettle soured Gose is as refreshing and summery as it gets. Brewed with Australian Ella hops; Hawaiian pink sea salt contributes to the lightly salty element of the beer, and balances perfectly against a flavorful hint of passion fruit. An excellent addition to the summer sour series. This bright and crisp Gose aims to impress. 4.3% ABV
– Bullet Tooth –
Dressed in black much like it’s namesake, Bullet Tooth Tony, our first rum barrel aged Russian Imperial Stout is smooth yet sturdy, and means business. Chinook and Mount Hood hops provide a bitter backbone for this chocolate malt driven heavy hitter. Finishing dry, with deeply complex notes of roast, dark fruit and baker’s chocolate, Bullet Tooth will warm you like the blood that runs through your veins. There are two types of stouts: big, brave ones like ours, and the little mincey, wimpy stouts you usually find standing on either side of you, which may as well be… replicas. 9.5% ABV
Can’t wait to see you. Put some beer in your face!
