The coolest new brewery out of Commerce, MI coming to town this Friday, November 10, for an extra special tasting. Highly possible they’ll have their beer brewed just for 8 Degrees Plato with them: Automatic Detention!
-Automatic Detention starts with Kickstand’s Unexcused Tarty, a 6.3% Flanders Sour Red Ale
-The original beer then takes a few month nap in Detroit City Distillery Gin barrels to build a complex crisp juniper characteristic and aroma
-The beer is then racked over juniper branches to incorporate it with a defined pine punch
