One of Michigan’s best known Sour Breweries Jolly Pumpkin, will be joining us this Friday, June 29. If you haven’t tried anything from these guys yet, Friday is the day to dive in to a whole new realm of sour.
According to Brewmaster and Lead Squeegee Operator Ron Jeffries, “We use traditional Belgian brewing methods of open fermentation, oak aging and bottle conditioning allowing the influence of wild yeast and bacteria to work their way into our beers. Through time and blending we are able to provide a path for the beer to take, leading to more complex depths of flavor.”
