We will be hosting the first tasting of the 3-way collaboration beer, dubbed Ménage Dé Troit, this Thursday, February 4th at 6:30. Everyone attending will receive a tasting sheet to document their personal experience with the beer, as it ages over the next two years. Hopefully, you will be able to join us as we taste in quarterly intervals until half the brew is kegged in January of 2017. The second half of the imperial stout will be kegged in January of 2018.
