Start off your weekend right as Ellison stops by this Friday for a special Tappin’ Happenin’. We have the pleasure of showcasing 4 of their favorites including:
-OFP: An Azacca Dry-Hopped India Pale Ale as juicy as they come. This one rarely leaves the brewery so make sure you get your hands on some while you’re here. 7.25% ABV.
-Dawn Street Pale: A tribute to the street that Ellison is located on, this hazy Pale Ale starts with tropical aroma and then burst forward with citrus and pine flavor. Deceptively easy to drink, this beer finishes clean. 6.0% ABV.
-Spartan Stout: A chocolate lovers delight, this stout will satisfy all your roasty desires. Big notes of chocolate and roasted malts with hints of caramel and toffee. Tons of flavor but still ridiculously easy to drink. 6.5% ABV.
-Tailgate Crusher: A pre-prohibition American light lager brewed specifically for hot Summer days and Fall tailgating. Brewed with barley/corn this lager has moderate hops and a smooth finish that makes you want to crush pint after pint. 4.25% ABV.
