-Honey: Gullberry and orange blossom
-Featuring: Black tea, lemon, prickly pear juice
-Profile: A balanced sweetness with honey rolls into a nice lemony acidity, mild tanic, semi-dry finish
Tequila Barrel-Aged Tuco-Style Freakout
-Honey: Orange blossom
-Featuring: Agave nectar, lime juice, tequila
-Profile: Tart lime engulfs the tongue followed by a creamy sweetness of honey and agave. Medium bodied with a lime pith bitterness on the semi-dry finish. A zip of acidity adds to the wonderful balance of the sweet, tart, and bitter flavors.
Imperial Funky Monky
-Honey: Wildflower
-Featuring: Balaton cherry and Styrian Golding hops
-Profile: A funky, Belgian lambic–inspired hopped cherry melomel. Big, luscious cherry with slightly bitter, deeply earthy hops.
