We are overly excited to announce our latest creation and collaboration with Watermark Brewing Company: BRUT ICE!
BRUT ICE is a hyper-drinkable 5.9% Brut IPA made with 2 Row malt, Centennial and Sorachi Ace wet hops, and an edition of Cryo C-Hops. We also added amylase enzyme to break down complex saccharide sugar chains and help the yeast ferment our brew all the way down to 0 residual sugar.
